A former Illinoisan, I'm listening to Fredericka Whitfield and others on CNN discussing the violence that is currently plaging Chicago. Let the record show, violence did not begin in Chicago last week, the photo from the cell phone is what brought it to the attention of the nation and the world.
If we have one where I work, I am not aware of it. I work in the transportation industry. Sorry to say, my first time hearing the term was last month in a class discussion.
