Title: Manager of Quality

Location: Must be open to live or relocate to the western U.S.

Major Keys:


+ Ability to emphasize the need for process analysis to identify opportunities to reduce defects and minimize variations in process outputs

+ Must have a transactional experience coming from industries such as Financial, Information Technology or Accounting

+ Strong leadership skills with 5 plus years in management role

+ Must have the ability to stay informed on external developments in the quality field to identify best in class quality processes

+ Firm grasp of quality processes and how it relates to driving business forward

+ Must have strong communication / business skills and can lead across organizations to continually improve the quality assurance program

+ BS / BS but advanced quality training preferred

+ Must have solid hands-on skills with vendor management

+ Great pay
