Profile Information

About Me:

I'm an Organizational Development consultant. My specialty areas are diversity as it relates to hiring, retention, and promotion of women, accommodations and abilities of those with impairments, racial inclusion and acceptance.

I am an advocate of some (not so) unique concepts in preparing our youth for becoming our future qualified candidates. I say "not so unique" because they are actually the old concepts brought back to the light.

And I am an expert in various aspects of workplace bullying, abuse, and violence, especially as it relates to abuse arising in the home. The impact and tactics are basically the same; it's simply transferred from one place to another.

I am the founder of the Ethics in Recruiting Think Tank. While it was born on ERE in 2004, it has now moved to a new home here on Ning. Please help continue the considerations, conversation, and help form the conclusions and governance guidelines with us.
