About Me:: As Manager of Administration at Advanced Adhesive Systems, I direct the complete end-to-end spectrum of functions relating to domestic and international customer service, support and satisfaction, within the structured discipline of an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. Principal geographic markets served include U.S., China, Thailand, U.K., and Germany. Primary U.S. sales channel is through industrial distributors, with select sales made directly to OEMs.

Outside of my business career, I enjoy a widely varied assortment of activities and pursuits. I'm active in a number of civic organizations, including the Harvard Business School Club of Connecticut, Harvard Club of Northern Connecticut, President's College at the University of Hartford, World Affairs Council, and MIT Enterprise Forum.

Among my primary interests is the evolving impact of Web 2.0 — more particularly in seeking ways to exploit such features in developing and transacting business internationally.
