I'm a wellness professional in central Illinois. My degrees are in exercise physiology. I'm a certified wellness coach, personal trainer, and aerobics instructor. After spending 10 years in the fitness industry, I decided to move towards wellness and health promotion. I currently run our city's wellness program. I look forward to meeting all of you!
