Hope you're doing real fine (it seems that your market is showing some recovery?).
Better late than never: I want to thank you for accepting the invitation I sent you; I abandoned my profile for a while but today, while doing an update process, I read the message alerting me about your kind acceptance.
Although I consider myself a financial literacy advocate, the mortgage market still looks a bit complex for me to understand, so, hopefully, you could recommend me some basic source of information in order to understand how it works and think about writing blog post about it.
I sincerely hope to learn a bit more while you could offer me some pointers as soon as you have some moment available.
Kind regards.
Mario Lopez, CPA
Good evening. Glad to meet you; I'm a fellow MVPF working on a financial blog where I discuss about the importance of spreading a basic financial literacy.
After noticing that you are also a financial professional, I'd really appreciate if you could suggest me some additional informational references about the mortgage market, credit scores and other related information about the problems the market is dealing with in order to get a better picture that could facilitate my efforts to work on my blog?
Thank you very much.
Kind regards.

You have quite a resume. Your profile also says that you like to stay abreast of latest industry trends and methodologies, so I thought it would be good to connect with you.
I would like to link with you because I am involved with mortgage elimination. Notice I didn't say "mortgage reduction" because we in fact help clients eliminate their mortgage in 5 years or less without using their own money or money that they have to pay back!
What that really means to lenders is that there will be more people in the market for new refinance loans sooner.
Anyway I would love to talk to you further about it as it would be of incredible value to all your clients.
Aziz
Thanks,
Albert

I am looking for sponsors of our program. It is hard to get support for a radio program focused on Black issues. Would your firm -- or you -- be interested in considering a partnership?
I appreciate your consideration.
Sincerely,
Chris
