I am what one could call a problem sorter outer. I do operate in the Manufacturing area, mostly in sorting out companies that are under stress financially and as you will have experienced usually also suffering from a management ego control situation. I normally get involved for3-12 months in a hands on role and then move to another project.
I am always looking to work on new areas with in management and in a nutshell am really a facilitator to manage other peoples skills and realize their potential. Interesting but very draining.
