My mom & dad started taking it about 4 years ago and dramatically reduced the common colds and such. My uncle is a doctor in Atlanta and works with a few of the guys who are at the top of the chain so to speak. I heard about it from them and started taking it myself. What attracted me was getting more of what I needed when I knew I would not go to the store and pick up what I was missing. I still eat lots of fruits and vegetables but If I miss a day I know I still have something there for me. I enjoy helping people and if they just take the knowledge and do not choose to try the product then at least they get some knowledge that they did not have before. I played sports all through college so I have always been interested in nutrition and fitness. Thaks for the info and I hope you have a great evening.
