Divisional Manager (Executive Vice President) of Oldfields Storage Solutions Division for Home and Garden storage. Treco Garden Sheds, Greenhouses, Pool filter covers etc.
► Full P&L responsibility for results of the division, reporting to the CEO. Exceeded budget and pcp for 6 quarters in a row by sales, gross profit and EBITDA (specifics available on request).
► Mergers and Acquisitions: deal identification, negotiation, due diligence, acquisition management integration to create national dealer retail network
► Designed and managed new store development program for both company owned and dealer network
► Project managed new product development team to extend range into new categories, markets and products.
► Successfully developed new export markets and customers.

Entrepreneurial executive with broad technical and management skills in sales, import/export, internet (B2B and B2C), finance, accounting and technology industries.
