About Me:: I have worked in the HR and recruitment both in the public and private sector. I worked for the US Federal Government from the bottom to the top. I have experience as a Management Chief Negotiator for labor contracts, representing the Agence in EEOC, LMR and MSPB hearings. Oh yeah I worked and managed the recruitment functions. I have also worked recruiting in the privet sector.

I like people, networking and doing things outside the STATUS QUO. I like to talk people who are a little out side of the box and some times outside of reality. Independence the ability to work when I want to work and NEVER being stuck in traffic because I have to be at a desk working for a boss tock holder, is what I have strived for and achived.

I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. I have lived in Washington, DC, Minnisotaand now in Sacramento California.
