I am a Broker/Associate with Better Homes Realty in Monmouth County, NJ. I've been in "the business" for 6 years and doing business in this industry is changing at the speed of light! I am reading and researching diligently for months now to create what I know will be the Real estate business model of the future... I'm not sure where to begin and money is tight (what else is new). My ideas are not too outside the box, but just enough to make waves. Any Realtors out there interested in more info on this? No, I'm not selling anything, just want to begin talking about it. Glad to be amongst a great network of professionals.

Overflowing With Fresh Ideas.... HELP!!
Hi Everyone,
I need some guidance on how to make my first move in creating what I think is the business model of not only the future , but for forever with relation to my Real estate business. My head is spinning after i've been reading and learning and researching all that is new in my field... and there is A LOT happening! I'd like to share my ideas, NO CHARGE (for now) LOL!!!! so I can move forward and fear less.. Thanks my new "linking" friends.

I have also dabbled as a real estate investor but now I am a self-directed investor of financial instruments.
If your business model is something I'm interested in, maybe we can indeed do business in the future!
Knowing that money is almost non-existent when you are starting out, when you are ready to launch the technology piece of your business model, I do work for stock options or uhhh toilet paper.
Also, I'd be more than happy to share my experiences with you and if I can, provide you with (FREE) advice based upon my trials and tribulations.
