About Me:: I have a law degree and practiced law for a few years and have a business called Global Trade Pro.Global Trade Pro is a private company, with an emphasis on trading in international commodities. Over the years, it has grown and is now a multi-national company, with offices in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. Global Trade Pro has direct connections with some of the major producers of commodities including Extra Virgin Olive Oil, grain, rice, sugar, corn, phosphate, crude oil, D-2, Mazut M-100, LPG, jet fuel, HMS 1/2 scrap metal, and aluminum ingots.

I wrote a book called "Roots Recovered, The How To Guide For Tracing Your Roots Back To Africa And Going There For Free Or On A Shoestring Budget". It has received rave reviews and generated great interest since its release in January 2004 and was featured on the Tavis Smiley Show on National Public Radio. Besides appearing on the Tavis Smiley show I have also been featured on numerous radio shows such as Africa meets Africa with Angelique Shofar on Pacifica Radio in Washington D.C.; on WHUR The Caribbean Experience in Washington D.C., on Radio One in North Dartmouth Massachusetts and WKGO Radio San Francisco on the number one rated travel talk show John Hamilton On the Go WHAT Talk Radio Philadelphia, WURD Talk Radio Philadelphia and WJMH 102 JAMZ Radio Greensboro North Carolina.

The book was selected for the DiverCity Book of the Month Club March 2004 as well as featured on The University of South Florida Africana Heritage website, the Boston Globe, the Westside Gazette; October Gallery's Paint Magazine; The Trentonian; Cream Magazine; Kitchen Table News; Rolling Out Urban Style Weekly; The Washington Informer; CN8 News on the Comcast Television Network, as well as many other internet and media outlets in the United States and Europe.

I also appeared at the TransAfrica Writer's Forum workshop and book signing in Washington, D.C. and he delivered a lecture on the topic of African travel, history and tracing your roots at the Herkhuti African Enlightenment Council's Free Your Mind Lecture Series at the public library in Albany, N.Y.and a book signing and lecture at the Hue-Man Bookstore in New York City. Additionally I appeared in Columbus Ohio with Dr. Rick Kittles of African Ancestry, who is the pioneer of African DNA tracing, at an event sponsored by the Young Professionals Association of the Columbus Urban League and on the radio show Just About Books Talk Show on Harambee Radio with the Internet talk show diva Cheryl Robinson.
