- My name is Jody Maley. I have been a home entrepeneur for over 15 years!
First in a Candle Business where I helped hundreds of ladies achieve their personal goals. As a Leader with that company for over 8 yrs I really enjoyed the training and service I was able to provide to my very valuable team and won several National awards in Canada. Unfortunately I became allergic to some of the smells and went on a search for another business.
I went through many different businesses trying to find the "right fit"....vitamins, scrapbooking, the 'miracle juice'....you name it I'm sure I looked at it.
Along that journey I also had many 'life challenges'. A divorce, custody in court, new spouse with children (so blending our families), a total House Fire, and probably the most challenging of all....finding out I had a heart condition.
Through my own life and experiences I personally believe you are given 'challenges' and can react in two ways:
1) Become bitter about them and make sure EVERYONE around you KNOWS!! (I can think of several people I know who fit this category)
or
2) Learn from those challenges to Help Others facing those same challenges!
I'm pretty proud of the fact that I've always chosen option number #2.
After hitting a brick wall when I found out about my heart condition, I came across a book called the "Secret" and have used its principles in my life with great rewards.
At that time our family had:
No Income
We were living in a tiny 2 bedroom trailer in a trailer park
My spouse had decided to leave us
I had just been diagnosed with my heart condition
Within 4 months after reading the "Secret" the following occurred:
My spouse watched the DVD from a new business I started in Self Development and it completely changed his perspective
Within days of reading the "Secret" he had a job offer of more money than he's ever made (sooo cool)
We went from the trailer to LakeShore Property
I've used techniques from my 90 Day Self Development course and "The Secret" and I can't remember when my heart has bothered me last (I've also not taken ONE SINGLE PILL for medication)
After all this happened I was journaling one day and came across an older journal I had done...probably 5 yrs previous, and in it I had stated that my 'true passion' in life was to "Help others in their own Personal Development and achieve their goals".
I can truly and thankfully say that I am on that path right now!!!

(christmas music) "It's Beginning to look alot like January????"
That's right Christmas is done and gone for this year, now its time to start in the NEW!
In the past when I've worked with hundreds of ladies in the Home Party business Christmas was usually pretty good!
Lots of Customers! Lots of Hostesses! Lots and I mean LOTS of Sales!
Then came January. Typically the slowest month for the Party Business....but not in my group!
I worked with my awesome and amazing team to make sure they started out the yr with a Bang (no pun intended..lol) and they sure d… Continue
