I am not a finance professional. However, I do possess a deep interest in financial markets and love investing in stocks and I am not looking for a new job. But if you do feel, one can connect, it would be nice. There's always something important to learn.
My wife got her MBA from Stern. I also started as an analyst at an investment bank in NYC back in 1984, but unfortunately they had to file on Monday.
I run a Yahoo Group, commercialcapitalalliance1, and if you have any banking jobs you are looking to fill, feel free to post them there. I have close to 900 members.
I understand that you have added my resume to your address book. Thank you for your interest!
While my expertise is more on the technology side (with a strong interest in entrepreneurial ventures), perhaps there is enough common ground for us to discuss possible opportunities that may be available.
Good evening. Would it be possible to contact you again, provide you with some additional detail and consult you about feasible opportunities in the international financial industry?
Heidi, Thank you for the friend invite!
My background is not in Finance, but I am a member of approx 50 different Yahoo! Career networking sites. I would be happy to forward your leads for the NYC area!

How do I know if someone I am speaking with is a good referral for you? Please tell me a bit about yourself and your line of business.
I have been involved in recruitment since the fall of 2000 having enjoyed recruiting for multiple disciplines. I believe that the team is only as strong as the newest member so the idea of knowledge transfer is mandatory for proper succession planning. I have been able to adapt to the following models: contract, contract to hire, corporate as well as long term consultancy arrangements for hard to find and sought after skill sets through out the Washington DC market as well as for the national basis for a select few industries.
If you are aware of top IT talent who might be looking for long term consultancy engagements or direct hire opportunities, please feel free to help point them in my direction. Feel free to share my contact information of Jay Perreault, 302-858-7522 or dctechrecruiter@yahoo.com.
I'm an Executive Recruiter specializing in the placement of Accounting & Finance professionals. With a Finance and International Business degree from NYU Stern, I started my career as an Analyst at an Investment Bank in NYC. While there, I got involved with College Recruiting and decided to pursue my Career Coaching Certification. Upon completion, I made the transition to Executive Search and now work at Foster McKay in Florham Park, NJ.
