I am basically an ERP, SCM and Resources Optimization expert. Using my IP, I can analyze any Company's Management Report [P & L, Balance Sheet] and figure out, operational areas

- that are being done well
- that require improvements
- that require course correction of what I call as 'knee jerk' reactions

Approximate quantification of improvements is possible
