Workaholic is the best way to describe me. I am the mother of two wonderful sons, the President of Mosaic Blueprint which specializes in diversity recruiting and placement. I'm also the founder of the International Women's Collaborative, along with being a Commissioner here in my State. I'm also creating a directory of diversity trainers/consultants and also organizational trainers and executive coaches. I love networking and have met some great individuals along the way.
