Information & Management Consultant with international (expatriate) teamleader experience in a.o. foreign aid and technical assistance programmes.
My passion is to challenge organizations, teams & individuals and not the least myself, to skip routine and to become far more creative in finding management solutions and planning strategies
As on-site Management and Information Consultant, I have over 25 years of practical, consulting and research experience, and a proven didactic record as an informative, theoretical, methodological and practical trainer. Over years I became a cross-functional implementor and accomplished (on site) change agent in multi disciplinary, socially mixed environments.
My long-term and short-term assignments for the private sector, the public sector and universities have been both in western and developing countries. While living for extended periods in the Caribbean, Europe and Asia, and as a result of extensive traveling, I developed a profound cultural interest.
In developing countries I worked in the public sector (with fundamental links to the private sector; such as Chambers of Commerce) on top-national and regional level for, and in cooperation with, the major bilateral and multi-lateral donor agencies for development (foreign aid) programs such as: ADB, FAO, FINNIDA, GTZ, IFAD, ILO, JICA, The Netherlands Govt., NORAD, SACEP, SIDA, WorldBank (WB), UNDP, UNICEF, UNIDO
