- Bruce serves as the President/CEO of Diversity Search Group, by providing clients and staff with leadership and direction. Previously, Bruce was with SM Consulting where he worked in the defense and intelligence recruiting sector. Bruce has also served with L-3 Communications, which is one of the Top Ten Companies with government contracts, where he was responsible for DoD recruiting operations in Ohio. Bruce also served as the Training Director at Holt and Lithko companies in Columbus, Ohio. He has over 20 years of experience in search services and recruiting operations. Additionally, Bruce is retired from the U.S. Army.
