Constantly assessing my position on the Tree of Life toward the highest spiritual level.

Name: Afi G. Osakwe

Born: Greensboro, North Carolina, November 14, 1951.

I graduated from Greensboro Dudley High School in 1970. After spending 2 years, 2 months, and 12 days in the U.S. Navy, I returned to Greensboro.

Because of involvement with diverse interests, it took me 16 years to attain my B.A. in Political Science (International Relations) from North Carolina A&T State University. I briefly attended North Carolina State University (Raleigh, NC) and the University of North Carolina--Chapel Hill (Department of City and Regional Planning; Patricia Roberts Harris Fellow) before attaining an M.A. in History (concentration African American, Summa Cum Laude) at North Carolina Central University (Durham, NC).

My background includes having studied many religions and practiced several--including Christianity and Islam. I also have unpublished material covering a broad range of topics.

My 35-years old poetry/prose manuscript is entitled "Scratch Analysis of a Thirty-Eight Year Itch." I continue adding to it and the title as the years flow from present to past to future.

Currently, I am interested in online technologies, business partnerships both domestic and international, e-commerce, and developing my consultancy. All areas of my electronic presence have to be updated. So bear with me.

As for organizational membership, I work with many people and institutions. My passion is the continued seeking of higher spiritual development. Sometimes that means missing material rewards.
