Must be within 100 miles of DC or open to self-relocation. MUST be US Citizen.

We are looking for:
1) .NET Developer with XML, XSD and multi-thread experience. SQL
2) Applications Systems Analyst with ASP.net , Java, J2EE, SQL, XBRL, DB2, Rational, SOA
3) Mercury Test Engineer with Test Director / Quality Center, SQL, Reqpro or similar
4) SOA Java Developer with Java / J2EE, Oracle DB / Oracle AQ and Pega Systems Rule Engine
