I am visiting Silicon Valley/Bay area this week, from July 28 - August 2 and have some free time to meet with fellow Forum members in the Bay area who are accredited investors, entrepreneurs or skilled executives in the medical device/pharma or wireless handset (mobile internet devices) sectors looking for ground floor opportunities to take several disruptive technologies to market.
I am a Sarasota, Florida-based physician, inventor, environmentalist and entrepreneur. One of my important inventions for telecommunications is a universal input device called the VersaPad. It unshackles the telephone dial pad from its text input limitations via an intuitively simple layout and an ingenious modification to the key itself. Also pending is a simple and fast method for text input via touch screen.
Among other patent pending inventions I have is an ultra advanced wound care system. This innovative low-cost but high-value wound care system represents a paradigm shift in wound care and enables optimization of the microenvironment over a wound by infusing pure oxygen, nitric oxide, proteolytic and antibiotic lavages, immune modulators and healing factors, etc. The result is exceptional multifold acceleration of wound healing previously not possible.
