International trade and Africa

Why is it that African market are not so imporant to the world?.And African market talks in international stage comes up when it has to do raw materials,does mean that it is only raw materials Africa can offer?.I believe that Africa have a lot to offer the world/international trade,if only little attention would be focus on the economies of Africa rather than civil strifes that surrounded it.Africa can offer quality labour in terms of human resource capital base and a platform for production base with large capacity market.
