Teamwork is Very important.. Especially in Large organizations.
I'm still surprised at the mid-level managers and executives that
never heard of the Acronym: Team - Together Each Achieves More

I've liked that acronym for a long time, Kelvin. Let me add one that I made up based upon the musical team work of Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie who invented the bebop style of jazz: "Bigger Earnings Based On Partnering" - B.E.B.O.P.

By the way: "earnings" can be either financial, political, educational, intellectual, spiritual, etc.
